Doug is the founder of Alpine Tech Solutions and a technology leader with more than 25 years of experience designing, securing, and operating reliable IT systems. His work is rooted in building infrastructure that is resilient, well-architected, and dependable under real-world conditions.

Doug began his technology career in 1998 in the software publishing industry, working across technical support, research and development, and customer-facing operations. During this time, he managed teams supporting WinGate, the world’s first internet sharing solution, gaining early experience in scalable networking and technology designed for everyday users.

From 2004 through 2023, Doug served in criminal justice and county government environments, specializing in enterprise network infrastructure, 911 and public safety systems, and highly secure, always-available platforms. In these roles, reliability, security, and uptime were non-negotiable.
 

Since 2010, Doug has served as a college-level instructor for CIS and OAS courses, equipping students with practical, real-world technology skills grounded in enterprise experience. He values clear instruction and preparing others to operate systems with confidence and competence.

Through Alpine Tech Solutions, Doug brings this depth of experience to organizations seeking practical, well-architected technology solutions. His approach emphasizes clear communication, resilient systems, and infrastructure designed to perform consistently when it matters most.

Human Systems Consultant | AI, Leadership & Organizational Readiness

Shawna supports organizations by strengthening the human systems connected to technology, leadership, change, and emerging tools such as artificial intelligence. Her work helps leaders and teams stay steady, effective, and prepared as systems evolve, without losing sight of the people navigating that change.

Her approach is grounded in human-centered leadership, organizational readiness, change management, and applied resilience. She helps organizations thoughtfully integrate new technology, including AI, in ways that build confidence, reduce overwhelm, strengthen communication, and support teams as they navigate change.

Her work is informed by graduate study in Positive Psychology, a bachelor’s-level Business Leadership certification from the University of Michigan, additional study in entrepreneurship and change management, and a certification in AI Fundamentals. She emphasizes calm, regulated leadership as a foundation for confidence, sound decision-making, and sustainable organizational growth.

She brings this lens to large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, as well as to entrepreneurial and operational environments helping organizations integrate new systems, navigate change, and translate complexity into clarity across people, systems, and technology.

Bradley brings hands-on systems expertise to Alpine Tech Solutions, translating technical design into reliable, real-world implementation. With a background in custom computer builds, mechanical systems, wiring, and installations, he ensures systems are built carefully and function as intended.

A veteran and trained mechanic, Bradley is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving, bringing steady execution to every project.
